Direct to Film (DTF) transfer is a printing technology that allows for high-quality, vibrant prints on a variety of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, and blends. Unlike traditional printing methods, DTF involves printing a design onto a special film, which is then transferred onto fabric using heat and pressure. This method ensures durable, detailed, and color-accurate results suitable for both small custom orders and large production runs.
We will typically print your transfers within 24–48 hours after your order is received. If you need them by a particular date please be sure to note that in the order notes and we will do our best to accommodate.
Orders that require shipping will ship within 48 hours.
We can print up to 28″ wide, with a length up to 50′ for a gang sheet. Sending your artwork as gang sheets will typicall help get you more efficient pricing.
In your graphics program, create a 28″ wide artboard and apply all your images and as many copies as you want within that artboard to create a gang sheet.
Be sure to give yourself enough room to cut the transfers out of the film. When we group images, there is typically about 0.05″–1″ of space between each image. We will print what you send at the size it is sent at. Please review your files before sending them in.

Once submitted, our team will review your design and contact you to confirm details and provide a quote. Upon agreement, we will proceed with the production of your DTF transfers.

1–100 pieces: $0.05 per sq/inch
100+ pieces: $0.04 per sq/inch
$20 minimum for transfer printing; all designs will come on an uncut roll.
