How Pricing Works
DTF transfer pricing is calculated using:
- Width × Height × Quantity
- Rates are determined by the number of prints you’re ordering.
The more you order, the lower your cost per print.
Pricing Tiers (Per Square Inch)

1–50 $0.06
51–200 $0.05
201+ $0.04
👉 Minimum order total is $20, so small orders under that amount will be bumped up to the $20 minimum.
Example Pricing
Let’s say your design is 10” × 10” = 100 square inches.
- For 10 prints: 100 × 0.06 × 10 = $60
- For 75 prints: 100 × 0.05 × 75 = $375
- For 250 prints: 100 × 0.04 × 250 = $1,000
