DTF Transfer Pricing Guide: What You Need to Know Before You Press

Our DTF transfer pricing is based on the size of your design, the quantity you order, and your total square inches. Here’s how to understand your costs and make the most of your budget.

If you’re new to DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers — or just looking for the most cost-effective way to print high-quality graphics — this pricing guide is here to help you plan smarter and press better.

Our DTF transfer pricing is based on the size of your design, the quantity you order, and your total square inches. Here’s how to understand your costs and make the most of your budget.

How Pricing Works

DTF transfer pricing is calculated using:

  • Width × Height × Quantity
  • Rates are determined by the number of prints you’re ordering.

The more you order, the lower your cost per print.

Pricing Tiers (Per Square Inch)

Quantity Price per Square Inch
1–50 $0.06
51–200 $0.05
201+ $0.04

👉 Minimum order total is $20, so small orders under that amount will be bumped up to the $20 minimum.

Example Pricing

Let’s say your design is 10” × 10” = 100 square inches.

  • For 10 prints: 100 × 0.06 × 10 = $60
  • For 75 prints: 100 × 0.05 × 75 = $375
  • For 250 prints: 100 × 0.04 × 250 = $1,000

The more you print, the more you save.
